Each month, we speak with a different Atlas employee to highlight the contributions of our amazing team members. Today, we’d like you to meet Christyna Vincent, who works as a Client Solutions Manager in our New York office


Hi Christyna. Thanks for taking the time to chat with us today. What can you tell our readers about your role as a Client Solutions Manager for Atlas?
This might sound obvious, but being a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) puts me in a position to help create solutions for clients who are using the Atlas platform. Or, perhaps a better way to say it: I’m that girl you go to when you have a question such as, “Why isn’t this piece of technology working?” or even, “How do I turn this thing on?” If a client needs login info, I’m the person they turn to. If someone can’t generate a report, I cover that too. And it’s just not client support. My role here goes deeper to include helping clients discover the amazing insights they have access to with people-based marketing.


How does your position fit into the larger Atlas team?
Client Solutions Managers are a relatively new position at Atlas. We’re peers to the Client Partners who present Atlas to new clients. We’re also peers to the Platform Solutions Consultants who help clients dig deep into the technology behind our measurement and ad serving features. CSMs also convey new feature requests to our Product and Engineering teams.


What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I get to work across several departments within Atlas, giving me exposure to Finance, Product, Marketing and Engineering — just to name a few! I like bringing people together, and the project management requirements of this position certainly give me a lot of opportunities to do that.


What was your background prior to working at Facebook?
I’ve worked with technology throughout my career, but prior to working in ad tech I was actually a radio and music girl. I worked for both Sirius Satellite Radio and eMusic. And I was a producer for a morning radio show in Syracuse, NY, many moons ago.


In your opinion, how do Atlas’ measurement solutions create value for marketers?
For marketers, Atlas helps reveal how your marketing is — and many times is not — reaching the people you intended it to reach. Atlas can also help you discover new audiences who have a high propensity to buy your product by studying the advertising reactions of the people placing orders with your company.We leverage the power of Facebook’s people-based marketing to measure ad performance with unmatched accuracy.


And what would you say is the single most important thing marketers can do today to prepare for the future?
Believe the data. It’s often more accurate than “going with your gut.”


Last question. If you weren’t working here at Atlas, where do you think you’d be?
I might be practicing tree pose on top of a mountain somewhere! I have a 500-hour accreditation with YogaWorks to be a yoga instructor, so that’s one possibility.
